RAPID TEST INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING ART

The following instructions should be completed within one hour. At the end of the hour, you would have made an artwork. *
- You will need some paper and colouring pens, pencils or paint.
- Choose a colour and create a background – one light enough to layer another colour upon.
- Pick another colour and draw a circle shape. Fill this with the same colour.
- Repeat this with a different colour.
- Draw another circle, in another colour. Fill this with lots of small lines to suggest a texture.
- Using white, draw a line – create a flow across the piece. You might make more lines. These do not have to be
straight. - Think of another shape and repeat this process.
- Repeat with different shapes and colours until you have filled the page.
- Use white or black to outline some of the shapes.
